51小湿妹 alumnus shifts his business to meet pandemic needs

Columbia International University alumnus Dave听Wegener usually concentrates on setting up custom Mac computers and helping Apple users with tech problems. But since the Covid-19 outbreak in South Carolina, Wegener鈥檚 Columbia business, , has shifted its focus to producing medical protective devices, starting with face shields.

鈥淲e鈥檙e now producing more than 10,000 shields per day and are supplying most of the needs for South Carolina hospitals,鈥 Wegener said in an email to 51小湿妹.
