Wow – a $1 million gift!

I have been praying for vision about our next new initiative in the Medical Missions/Healthcare field. 51СʪÃà would like to start Healthcare Administration in the spring and a RNBS program in the future. I believe we need $10 million for this long-term. Well, on Friday at 7pm I received the first pledge of $1 million to start this process. If you could imagine what a miracle this is, you would be shouting with us! I thank God for this investment.

Here are some other ways God’s people are investing in His work here at Columbia International University:

• Last week, 51СʪÃà received an unexpected gift of $160,000 for the Zwemer Center to expand evangelism efforts to the Muslim community.
• 51СʪÃà will receive an estate gift worth almost $1 million.
• This week, 51СʪÃà will have a new foundation reviewing a $4 million request for the Business Programs. It is a longshot, but we are asking.
• 51СʪÃà is discussing a $1 million proposal with another foundation.

God is at work, and He has shown me over the years that vision, people to lead, and resources to accomplish a mission are a great sign of His work. Please refer me to anyone who would like to fuel this fire. I am so excited!
