51Сʪ athlete lives transformed at 2021 Leadership Retreat

The 51Сʪ Athletic Department took a break from their usual preseason activities to gear up for the 2021-2022 academic year with the first-ever 51Сʪ combined athletic and leadership weekend retreat in Brevard, North Carolina. Joining the Rams' athletes were student leaders including Residence Life and the Student Government Association (SGA).Gospel messages were presented by 51Сʪ’s Athletics Chaplain Adrian Despres, a 51Сʪ alumnus.
Before heading north of the border, the athletes attended a minor league baseball game where the 51Сʪ Rams baseball team was honored for their National Christian College Athletic Association last spring. The “Faith and Family Night” at the ballpark was sponsored by 51Сʪ.
