Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies
Dr. Klejment-Lavin joined the Columbia International University faculty in 2023. Previously, he spent thirteen years in intercultural ministry in Indonesia and South Korea. Dr. K-L’s research interest is the interplay between religion, worldviews, experience, morality, and the construction of moral beliefs in light of lived experiences.
Since 2007, Ryan has been married to Carolyn and together they are parents to Noah and Finnian. He and his family love the great outdoors and playing board games, and he is an avid fan of both the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
